St Anton am Arlberg is the largest village in Ski Arlberg, Austria's biggest connected ski area with roughly 300 km of slopes and 85 lifts. The terrain above the village rises to 2,811 m at the Valluga and is best known for demanding runs and off-piste. The Arlberg region is often called the cradle of alpine skiing.
